E172 Doesnt detect modem after firware update Help

Welcome all I updated my stick to E17XUpdate_11.311.04.01.00.B402 and all went well but i could't install the dashboard afterwerd and the original vodaphone doesn't support new firmware so my vista only sees to Mass storige device with the driver cd, the new vodaphone dashboard installs on my pc and sees the device but doesn't add any modem. When i try to install UTPS11.030.01.13.03.B409 i get the Error code:2 the data card can't be found. I do this with no sim card inside.

Can you detect the modem using DC Unlocker? if yes,then install unbranded mobile partner.it will install all the required drivers for the modem.

I'm trying to install unbranded software but i'm geting error code:2 that theres no device attached or in use by some other UTPS11.030.01.13.03_MAC11.202.06.00.03 or UTPS11.030.01.13.03.B409 and both don't work but the dc clients sees the modem with no problem i also have a new update for firmware too E17XUpdate_11.311.04.01.00.B402.exe and same problem with detecting the device

unfortunately it didn't help the parent doesn't see the modem in any case after unistalling vodaphone software dc client stoped detecting the modem so I reinstalled vodaphone mobile connect full and dc client started detecting the modem but still can't connect to the internet when it's on registering to internet or something like that after dialing and so on it fails to connect.

Do not uninstall the Voda connection manager.Install unbranded mobile partner and enter the correct settings according to the sim.

Yes that is what i did the vodaphone sees the modem and marks as active but the mobile parent doesn't see the device so i cant set it up. I tried to use it as a normal modem but when "Regidtering your computer to the network" i fails. Dc - client seems to not recognize properly the modem then its runing but after turning off the app the modem is active and dc clients sees every thing.

If you open the connection manager,DC Unlocker will not detect the modem.To detect you have to close the connection manager first.

Yes i understand but the problem is that in any casy mobile partner doesn't detect the modem even when dc client can or when I try to connect using the stick as a normal modem it almosts connects but when registering something goes wrong and fails.

Did you close original conenction software before using mobile partner?

Yes tried that didn't help but i managed to solve the problem after connecting and disconecting the modem a few times i tried to connect the modem first then turn on the voda phone software a the computer discoved two new devices besides the modem and mass storeg device and i have downloaded bear drivers to the modem and installed, then the modem got active i was able to update firmware to 11.415.05.03.00.B409 then it went ease updating the dashboard and complitly uninstalling the vodaphone soft and installing the mobile partner now it's working great finaly thanks a lot for your help
