how can i resolve glo bolt modem issue....

[COLOR="Navy"]I bought Dc unlocker credit, 12 credit to be precise. i folloewd the procedure of using dc-unlocker software
to unlock my Glo bolt modem. after successful completion of unlocking, in which 4 credit was deducted. when i insert another network sim, i found out that it is still locked to the glo network. pls i want a refund of my dc-unlocker credit and also, any other workable procedure to unlock the glo bolt modem.

Copy here what is detected by dc-unlocker software when not original sim inserted. Then we would be able to check more.
