you say update the firmware first but where i go for firmware because i have a firmware but its ask for spc code....so plz give me link for another firmware which is not ask for spc code

it is not working. after updating firmware according to your advice my ec 152 data card is not working properly,not receiving network signals. i have also done the RUIM ONLY settings by dc unlocker cdma unlocking software but it doesnot work,and it is totally misguiding method.

but when i reinsert the modem after put the simcrad it again locked

You need to update ec152 with ec150 firmware from our support area page and only then perform unlock.
