Good day, i try to detect my E585 modem and it says decetecting... and then Error 49, pls what am i doing wrong.

Maybe there are more phones/modems connected to pc? Does the pc recognized your E585 being connected?Comment

yes it recognises the modem,...no other modem is connected to the laptop. however i am broadcastiog wifi with my phone to browse, could that be affecting it? if so what do i do?Comment

Try to detect while you are disconnected from the internet. You'll know that way if it's connection methods fault that you are using.Originally posted by odeyez View PostComment
