      It's very simple now. Flash Huawei_EC150_Firmware_Update_11.104.04.00.000_norm al.dgtks using Huawei CDMA Flasher. Keep SPC Ready before you flash as flashing will ask. Upon completion Unlock through Huawei CDMA Unlocker Client and change RUIM Mode. Done.
