E586 O2 Ireland - is not detected

Hi,

the E586 sold by O2 Ireland is not detected by the unlocker client.

I tried installing all Huawei drivers, but it's always showing "modem not found !"

On the same computer, a Vodafone dongle (k3772) is successfully detected, so the problem doesn't seem to be with the XP machine (clean SP3 install) that I'm using.

Could you suggest anything?

Try to run our software as administrator, by clicking right mouse button on DC-Unlocker -> Run as... and select "run as administrator”. Also tell us what dc-unlocker version you have installed now? Does the computer sees your device being connected?
