Huawei u8230

I have a Huawei U8230 but the problem is not goes into the Menu,,when i try to open it its only show the Huawei logo,,any one can help me with that?

Try to restart phone by removing its battery for 20 seconds, then place it back turn it on and see if it worked out.

i already did that but its whats the problem before.

Maybe you have done to your phone, wrote new firmware etc.

i dont know cuz i go to tech for openline but they dont made it,and when i get it it works good and its shotdown cuz its battery is empty.when i charge it its only blink then its automatically open but its only shows the brand name.i try to fastboot it its says

Unfortunately, but dc-unlocker won't be able to fix such problem as we provide only unlocking and settings support. Things like flashing new firmware may help in this situation, but i can not guarantee you that.
