You need to have internet during unlocking, but it can not come from device that you try to unlock. If you connection interrupts during unlock see these settings - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding make sure your device that you try to unlock is on the bottom of the list. Reconnect router as well after you make changes there.

Finally I succeeded .. I UNLOCKED my B970b Germany from !!!

I solved the problem of the conflict between the 2 NICs using the METRIC system of Windows XP .

Since TCP / IP I lowered my Metric (value 4) to the wireless card from which I Internet line, then I increased the METRIC (I gave 5 value) to the LAN Sheda B970b ... and then no conflict, DC-UNLOCKER unlocked the router.

I gave the parameters VODAFONE ITALY internet connection (APN) and now flies B970b 3G connection with all the Italian Sim .

B970b is 'more' Fast Huawei Router HG553, the phone works with sim mobile, BIG!
