I can not find my dongle

You mean dc-unlocker does not see your vygis dongle being connected to pc? If so try to connect it to other usb port.

I have changed a lot of computers and it is the same problem. When I use old version: dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0949 pc I can find my dongle. When I use the new version I can not find my dongle.

Then maybe there are more dongles connected to pc, not only vygis one? Try to install drivers for your dongle from here - http://support.vygis.net/errors/erro...omsoftonly.php on the left side of the page click on "ID Reader - Supporter" and download should start. Let us know if it helped out.

I have downloaded this: IDS_1_8SD I have installed drive and is the same problem. When I use the same version DC I can not find my dongle I reinstall Xp and I still can not resolve the problem.

Have you tried to intall latest version from here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/55aeaQfd ? Please try to connect vygis dongle to other usb port as you've tried to on another computer only.
