How to Unlock Huawei R208

I've downloaded your software, the one that specifically mentioned the Huawei R208 (Pocket WiFi). I've tried and tried with the DC Unlocker, but it always tells me "modem not found." Surely I am doing something wrong. I have chosen the modem from the list, and I have let the software detect the modem, but it sends the same message.
I would love to be able to unlock this pocket wifi with your software, but I haven't ever been able to unlock a modem with your software. Therefore I know I must be doing something wrong.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Also, try to run dc-unlocker as administrator.

How do I find out if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet. Should I be trying to unlock with the R208 supplying WiFi to the computer?

I have used auto-detect, and I have had it search for the R208, neither worked.

How do I run as Administrator? I am the Administrator on this computer, there is no one else.

Too bad this DC Unlocker software doesn't come with instructions.

Device should be connected to pc via cable. Drivers should install automatically from device when you connect it to pc. Use latest dc-unlocker from here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/55aeaQfd . Try to run our software as administrator, by clicking right mouse button on DC-Unlocker -> Run as... and select "run as administrator”.
