I have been trying to unlock my modem E303 and software was not detecting the modem automatically but it does for other software i tried on it. finally 4 out of the 5 credit i have was deducted from my account without unlocking the model. the serial no of the modem is 350123009876543. My account username is samson (that was the username the agent in Nigeria used in selling the credit for me) Please i need a refund. thanks

That was the first complain, after many trial with the same message, i clicked on "Generate unlock code by IMEI' on the unlocking option which i thought will unlock it, but to my surprise, it connected to the server; deducted 4 credits, generated an unlocking code but my modem was not unlocked. this code generated is not useful for me because it does not normally ask for unlocking code which is the reason I bought the credits in the first place. if it's just about the code there are many free software that generate codes for the modem but there is no place to insert the code to unlock. Please I beg u, I need the 4 credits deducted from my account so that i can unlock the modem. There is an option in unlocking tab - read and auto enter unlock code, but for this you need to detect device first.Originally posted by DeBrain View Post
If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on dc-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.Comment

It finally dedected it yesterday but 4 of my 5 credits has been removed for generating unlocking code that I can't use. Pls sir, I need this credit back so that I can use it to unlock the modem. My uername: samson. ThanksComment

You can unlock same device second time with 0 credits. Use read and auto enter unlock code option. Also, please provide detection information of your device as it might have firmware that is not supported for unlock.Originally posted by DeBrain View PostComment

I have tried it as the message was insufficient credit. I have already checked on your websites and iit says I need 4 credits to unlock the modem (Haewei E303) and that was why I purhased the 5 credit from your agent here. Please I can't afford to go buy another credit for the same purpose I bought the previous one for.Comment

There was no code generated for this device as you've stated earlier, thats why you get this message. This device also has firmware version that is not supported for unlocking. Unfortunately but there is no solution for this problem at the moment.Originally posted by DeBrain View PostComment

Even if this software can not unlock my modem as you said, you have not responded to the fact that my credits unit was deducted. it was reduced from 5 units which i have before to 1 when i clicked on "Generate unlock code by IMEI" option in the unlocking panel. it did brought out an unlocking code, but i didnt bother to even copy the number because it was not useful for me (the code was wiped off after I closed the software). Please check your server to verify this transaction done on saturday, 11th May, 2013. My credits was deducted (username: samson)Comment
