Huawei E180 Dashboard problem

Hi Everyone
I have a Huawei E180 which was locked to Meteor, I unlocked it successfully with dc unlocker and upgraded the dashboard to UTPS11.030.01.13.03 MAC11.202.08.00.03 The problem now is the modem installs Mobile Partner but a message comes up when Mobile Partner opens saying (The device has been disconnected or is unavailable) I have checked device manager and the device is showing under Universal Serial Bus Controllers as USB Composite Drive, I tried updating driver but the wizard says could not find better update for driver, I tried the Roll back the Driver option but it tells me no driver backed up for this device, When I run dc un locker it doesn’t find the device, appreciate if someone could help me out on this one, thanks

Hi, I have same modem brand meteor...try to:

1) restart pc and connect again into same usb port (in most cases solve)
2) or connect to another usb port
3) do not use hub usb
4) what version firmware there is into?

This problem is usb device that not switch to modem...

Read post n.3 into this thread....download "their dashboard" and install it into PC. After your E180 11.126.04.00.18 is correctly detected

Many Thanks Fakiro, cant thank you enough for that version of Mobile Partner, It even solved a similiar problem I was having with an E1752, the problem there now is I have to find a suitable Dasboard for the e1752 and I dont know if there is a Firmware upgrade for thes yet, Can you advise, you saved the day

Read post n.3 into this thread....download "their dashboard" and install it into PC. After your E180 11.126.04.00.18 is correctly detected

is there any chance to have the "correct" dashboard for this firmware saved inside the datacard in place of the "wrong" one? I mean not in its SD

DNA firmware is an operator customized firmware, and install into PC other driver that aren't compatible with original E180 hardware. For that you need to install DNA dashboard. You can use this DNA dashboard without problem, but if you use other huawei modem dongle may be that cannot recognized and need to install mobile partner dashboard.
