modem huawei EC156 does not connect to the new network

hello,
when I try to connect to my new internet provider using Mobile Partner, the huawei EC156 modem tries to connect but never connects. It nevers reaches the servers of my new internet provider. I have tried with several other same EC156 modems. It works when putting the configuration of the old internet provider (the one that sold me the modems), but after putting the new provider configuration, it never connects....
It displays the following message:
1°) Connecting xxxxx
2°) Connection terminated

Are you sure that you enter correct settings for new provider?

In fact, I gave 4 similar huawei EC156 modems to my new povider for settings. They
configure it themselves....And they noticed the connection poblem themselves....
The poblem may be related to the fact that these modems were customized for a specific
operator....???....And, after unlocking them, I am trying to connect to a different operator

First you need to unlock your device for connecting to other provider networks, as it is locked now. Try to write R-UIM only for r-uim settings on the cdma unlocker client. Also double check please connection settings for connecting to new networks.

No, if there is no UIM card inside then it should work with R-UIM preffered or NV only.
