EC122 Still locked after unlocking

Hi DC team,

EC122 came for unlock to me today and Followed the procedure to the point from HERE, However the logs below states that its still Locked even after changing the firmware.

Applications COM port : COM124
QC Diagnostics port : COM123
CGMM name : EC122
MEID : A000002*******
ESN : 8070****
IMSI : 40589136*******

Hardware version : CE7EC122MVer B

R-UIM settings: R-UIM Only
Lock status: Locked (Card Lock)

Plz advice how do i fix this issue, Also want to know the difference between RUIM-Only and NV only above the write R-UIM setting.

Have you unlocked your device after writing new firmware or just wrote it and did not performed unlock afterwards? Writing R-UIM settings is for setting device for work with r-uim card.

Thanks for the tip, however if u check your txt manual it was not mentioned that you have to unlock the modem after writing the firmware anyway I managed to unlock the phone and u have not mentioned what is the funtion of NV ONLY in the drop down menu of WRITE R-UIM settings

Both of the things are mentioned sir. Unlock repeat request mentioned right after last step of updateing firmware and writing new r-uim settings mentioned at the very end of tutorial.

Unfortunately, but these models are not supported yet, we need to have them here in our hands to try to make them supported.
