problem unlocking a Huawei E586E

Hi,

I have just downloaded and installed the dc-unlocker to unlock my mifi. and paid for an unlock.

what happens is that I attach the mifi to my computer, and then install the modem software driver.

In DC unlocker I click on the detect and it finds my mifi, but when I goto unlocking, I get a server cannot be found error.

if I try to surf to the internet, I am directed to the modem's webpage asking for an unlock code.

is there a way to get my machine to not try to use the mobile broadband connection, instead use the wired connection on my PC? (thus the dcunlocker client will be able to connect to the server.

Check these settings - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding make sure the device that you try to unlock connection is on the bottom of the list and the one that you want to use on top. Then restart pc and repeat unlocking procedure.
