Device is supported for unlocking, have you tried to detect/unlock it already?
Download and use latest software for unlocking this device - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/OAnF0dvK . Check here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials for how to use the program.

      Hi,

That is good to hear. Yes I tried it yesterday evening but model was not detected. I noticed from https://www.dc-unlocker.com/supported_models_1/huawei_1 that 'E5776s' is supported but Emobile version looks different to the model pictured there. The 's' may refer different model than dcunlocker supports?

Anyway, I can try again later and paste the output here.

      Thank you

It should be detected by dc-unlocker, just make sure device has its drivers installed on pc, connected by usb cable, and not connected to internet. Use auto detect option on select model line and latest dc-unlocker software.

Thank you for prompt and helpful review - In fact, the device was connected to the internet during the time of detecting and so may have the undesirable side-effect. The dc-unlocker utility is most current, connected to PC by USB cable with PC drivers installed.

I will note the above when retrying detection.

          Many thanks

Insert not original/invalid sim card to device and redetect it. Then it should say on sim lock status: Locked. After it, unlock button in unlocking tab will become active.

                Hello,

I put other carrier SIM card into the device and after restarting it... it detected Softbank network! I am very surprised by this as I thought the device was locked but in this case it appears not?!

                Thank you

If dc-unlocker detected it as unlocked on sim lock status, then device is not locked.
