could someone recommend Huawei Dongle which can be used with
Asterisk as a chan_dongle and can have Voice feature enabled?

E173 it's sold in two chipset version but same appearance, market dependent

I see,
on my dongle it says E173s-2 and it is Orange UK branded (OHUN1110 Orange Mobile Broadband E173) so looks like it is HiSilicon
