{HELP} Cant Register 3g network e160g

modem: huawei e160g unlock
firmware: latest version dc-files
a few days ago I tried to upgrade the firmware and successful, but after the success I so can not register to the 3G network, can register / get only 2g signal.

I've tried to check the manual signal (mobilepartner), 3g signal available but failed to register, whereas my modem unlock. I use another modem can connect 3g network without any problems. I've tried to upgrade and downgrade from elsewhere the same results. why with my modem? what's the solution?
