How to unlock Huawei E355s-6 modem and dashboard

A few months ago, I was able to unlock my Huawei E355s-6 modem (from Smart Bro Philippines) using DC Unlocker. The modem can now detect signals from other networks and it is unlocked now. But the problem is the dashboard of this modem is still locked. I could not edit or add another profile to configure the access point name and other settings. Here's a screenshot of how it looks like:



Can you please help me unlock this modem's dashboard? Even though the modem was unlocked, the dashboard is still locked, so it's pretty much useless because it is still theoretically locked to Smart's network. Or if you have any default dashboard that I can flash directly to my modem, that will do.

You need to find and update firmware that is not customized by provider.
