Hi, I tried to enable voice on my E1756 Huawei modem but the software replied:

Activating voice for Huawei modems Huawei E1756 ...


Port unavailable

Then i did a modem search that come back as below:
Modem serial n: LG7NAB19B1903715
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM6290
Voice feature : disabled

Can you restore 4 credits to me?

There was another phone/modem connected during activation process?

No there were only one modem connected at the time.

The modem is now voice activated. I did not restarted the modem to verify if the voice capable was enabled because I assumed the error resulted in failure. My bad.
