Huawei E367 latest firmware

As the title reads where can I get the latest firmware (2012 or 2013) for the huawei e367 modem?
Am having trouble with just one particular mobile operator and it. It drops the link to a deep blue glow on idle for longer than 2min of network inactivity and fails to resume activity when loading new webpages or attempting to download anything, but a hard disconnect and reconnect gets it backup. It may take a long while to establish a connection and at times the 3g signal cannot be reached even when it is present.
When I use their unlocked huawei e173 it works without a problem.This problem only happens with a huawei e367 modem which isn't by them. The e367 works well with other mobile operators and achieves speeds of 6 times that of the e173 even on the problematic operator at any given dongle speed test when it succeeds in making a connection.
