Unlocked successfully by generating IMEI unlock code.
however when using sim from other operator reports as 'invalid sim".
I get the same status 'unlocked' if detecting with original or foreign sim card.
Do I need to re-flash firmware and dashboard?

You might get this message because you are using branded connection manager which does not support other operator cards.

Download mobile partner from here - https://files.dc-unlocker.com/backen...DDF8E0359E43E7 which is unbranded connect manager and try to use your device with it.

Yes, that was the case.. EE connection manager only works with EE cards.. installing unbranded connection manager solved the problem.
