E3131s-2 enable HiLink

does anyone know how to enable Hilink feature in the e3131? i installed it but by default it works like a regular modem with mobile partner, dc unlocker check the dongle like this:

any help? should i flash a new firmware or what? DC-Unlocker find the HiLink WebUI version but i cant reach it :\

Maybe you have flashed device earlier? Or maybe you did some changes to it and did not restarted/reconnected modem to pc? Device should be accessable via this link - http://192.168.1.1

no changes made, i tried now to flash the new mobile partner correctly but when device inizialize it start directly to modem version, i dont know who to set it to start in hilink mode and the AT commands give ERROR feedback :\

tried in windows and linux

maybe another flash upgrade with some special firmware? some stock one for the e3131? any tip?
