Try to remove battery from the phone for 20 seconds then place it back and repeat detect/unlock procedure like shown here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/C8500-C8...lock-procedure , make sure to install drivers from the guide not from the phone. If you still get same error try other computer if possible.
