I unlock them all the time, but not the voice activation. There's no option in DC Unlocker. Also it's a HiLink model so you use web interface not Mobile Partner..

When I plugged the Modem in this come up

so I knew that its SIM locked,

the E3131 has got the Voice available in DC Unlocker, but my has not
Is it the wrong chipset again?

I am really after the Voice Only Feature ...

Hi Marcelp,

Yes, as I said - the T-mobile ones are E3131s-2 and don't show up as a 'modem' in the system but as a network card. The browser window is the interface and is called HiLink.

The link you posted shows a different model - E3131s-2EW. Not sure where you can get 2EW version in the UK. Maybe eBay...
