hi i just unlocked my Mifi E586 which i bought from saudi telecom. i inserted another sim card which is from other service provider it is showing every thing is ok but when i try to connect to my pc and start the browser it take me device management page which is the contorl panel . i thought my be there is no setting for the other operater so i tried to make another profile but i cant it is still saying that u cant make another profile u have to insert STC sim kindly help me i am new to all this so waiting for ur replies

It seems from your description that your device has branded web gui/panel, therefore you won't be able to use it with other card. You can solve this by finding firmware which has generic/not branded web gui and update your device with it.

Unfortunately but dc-unlocker does not have files for this device nor the information of where it could be gathered from. Try to look over google search engine.
