    i Accidentally consumed all attempts to unlock the modem 303 وand modem did not loose lock why should I do help me plz...

    You could try to unlock it by dc-unlocker, wrong codes entered counter resets upon unlock. But first detect device and paste here its detect info. It might be so that it has firmware which is not supported for unlock.
