I pay 4 credits to unlock the modem and not worked.

I convert K3765 to E1762 but not unlocked modem.
I need help!

Try to reconnect device to pc, also reinstall it's drivers, make sure you use auto detect option on select model line. There shouldn't be no other phone or modem connected to pc while you detect k3765/e1762.

Orginal drivers that comes from device. This error might as well be related because you've flashed device earlier/ debranded it.

Have you tried to detect device by using auto detect option on select model line? Try to install mobile partner.
