Can you still unlock using DC-unlocker if unlock attempts left = 0 ?

Just used DC-unlocker to unlock my ZTE MF60 and it worked great thanks.

I now want to unlock my Huawei E3131 but noticed it has already had ten attempts to unlock it and 0 attempts are left.

Will DC-unlocker still work in this situation?

Yes, you should be able to unlock this device by dc-unlocker even with 0 unock atempts let.
