Unable to connect unlocked E173Cs-1 using any other SIM

Hi,

I have unlocked my Huawei E173Cs-1 (Airtel India) dongle. I am still unable to connect using any other SIM. Each time I put in another SIM, Mobile Partner says "Only the specified SIM/USIM card can be used on the device!".

The dongle has been successfully unlocked and is also showing the proper Firmware version. But each time I insert any other SIM card it gives the above mentioned error.

Is there something wrong with the dialer? Is there any other dialer that I can use?
