First of all you need to have dc-unlocker software installed on your PC. You can download it from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/R2bQc4Dy . Then run detection of your device, how to use dc-unlocker software watch one of these videos : https://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials .

Note that this modem might have firmware which is not supported for unlock by dc-unlocker, therefore you should paste here version of the firmware that you get from detection by the program, so we will be able to check it.

Note: you do not need to login to server for detection to work.
