unlock didnt work

hi,
i bought 10 credits und used software 1.00.0376.
everything seemed to work fine and i got an info box that told me that my huawei e1550 was unlocked.
when i inserted my new sim card, this one is not accepted.
what can be wrong?
can i get a refund?

What conenction software do you use? Is it branded (customized by provider)? With unlocked modem you need to use not customized software. You can download it here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/32

i tried mobile partner and mwconn.
with both itīs not possible to use my t-mobile card.
my 3 card is working but not getting a signal anymore.

Could you check mobile partner settings? Maybe there is enavled 3G only or GPRS only? What does mobile partner from our web page write when you insert other provider (not original) sim card?
