Please, help resolve this error. I'm trying to unlock huawei u8180 but keep getting the following error.

Have you tried to connect phone to another usb port? Also you must use drivers from this guide here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u...lock_procedure not the ones that installs from the phone automatically, if they did you should uninstall them, then install ones from the guide, restart computer and then try to detect/unlock the phone.
