Huawei U7510 seems unlocked but isnt

Hello there,


My TMN Bluestone (Huawei U7510) seems to run just fine at DC Unlocker, and the program says it is unlocked. However, when i try to use another operator card, it displays the following behaviour:


First asks me for the card PIN (till here, so far so good) but after it asks me for the NCK code (5 tries left) while displaying a "Fixed Operator" sentence. From there i can only input that NCK or do an emergency call, or switch off the phone.
