I need a help i cant unlock my modem and cant connect too here is a pic for my problem

and when im trying to unlock my modem using dc-unlocker i cant do it...
my network is mobinil Egypt

so i need help for both problems network problem and unlock problem

Unfortunately but this firmware that your device runs is not supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently we do not have solution to this problem.

If you can't connect to the network with device's original card that it was locked to you should double check the connection settings - apn, contact network provider if you are not sure if they are correct.
