What dc-unlocker software you are using? What windows os your computer runs? Do you connect router via LAN cable? Maybe you select device model manually instead of using auto detect?

Use auto detect on select model line. Also try to run dc-unlocker software as administrator like this: right click on dc-unlocker program icon and select "run as administrator" then try to detect router.

Make sure there are no other modems/phones connected to pc when you try to detect your router. Also try to detect while offline.

Maybe you use it for connecting to internet at detect time?
