E587 temporary unlock !???

Hello...I have recently unlocked an E587 - everything worked fine, but after the customer did a factory reset the lock is again enabled.
I am curious if this is a temporary solution as it`s not mentioned anywhere and I`m not accustomed to it when I`m talking about DC-Unlocker. I don`t find it fair as I`ve payed some credits which I kindly ask a refund and/or provide a full unlock as to satisfy my customer`s needs.

You can login with same username/password or dongle and perform unlock again if it relocked after factory reset. No extra credits are charged for unlocking same device.

Device was fully unlocked, but some of them tend to relock after factory reset.
