E303s-65 Huawei Modem Telcel Couldn't unlock!

Hello well i never got a reply when i do this i email many times with no luck and well this is my case. I couldn't unlock my modem card i buy the credits for it but now i have 0 credits and the modem still locked this is the error code i got Error code 208 unlock failed ! my modem is a huawei 305-s hilink from telcel mexico

Unfortunately but this firmware that your device runs is not supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently we do not have solution to this problem.

Please tell me your username under which you've tried to unlock this device. Also mention you'd like to credits be added back to account or they they should be refunded if it will be possible?
