Maybe there are more phones/modems connected to pc? Also make sure device is not connected to internet, that you try to unlock. use auto detect option on select model line.

You should try to unlock with card and without card inside the router, but it shouldn't cause this specific error. Note: if you insert sim card it should be invalid/not original one - card that does not work with a device.

I have Notebook connected via LAN cable and connected to B153 via Wireless and without SIM card.
Disconnect LAN cable and try again?

          Thanks for fast response

Yes, you can try to detect it while offline, then you should know the reason why it did not get detected. Also run our software as administrator, by clicking right mouse button on DC-Unlocker and select "run as administrator”.

              Sorry, not work.

Huawei B153 is detected only if connected to PC via Wireless directly.
If I connect B153 via microUSB to PC, not detected and no driver installed for "HUAWEI Mobile" "USB\VID_12D1&PID_F006\5&1f72d467&0&2".

So, if I connect PC and B153 via wireless, detected but "Error code 21". If I connect via microUSB to PC, not detect, search driver for "HUAWEI Mobile", not found...

              And now?

I haven't said earlier that you should connect it differently to pc. Have you tried to detect/unlock it while dc-unlocker is launched as administrator?
