Locked or Unlocked

Hi, I have a modem from Maxis (Malaysia). In its control panel I see only Maxis profile and there is no way to change it or add new profile. Nonetheless, when I use DC-Unlocker, the Unlock bottom is off. Iv'e bought 7 credits and this is what I see as detecting modem:

What sim card (original or other provider than modem) is inserted at detect time? Only with not original sim you will see real lock status.

You are right. I put the primary sim card when I tried to unlock. But there are two issues:

1- If I unlock with another card, after that my modem will accept all sim cards, including the primary, or it will only work with card that I have unlocked modem with.

2- When I put another sim card, my internet connection is disconnected and then DC-unlocker can not connect to server.

1. It will work then with all other sim cards.
2. Do you have alternative connection method to internet while you have invalid sim card in your modem? Does the connection from device that you try to unlock overtakes the one that you connect through?

2- Yes. The modem I aim to unlock is usb. I have another modem connecting using lan. But the problem is when I attach both modems to the computer, dc-unlocker detects the lan modem.

1. There must be invalid sim card in the modem for correct lock status, otherwise unlock button will be inactive.
2. Try to check adapter binding settings like here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding Make sure modem that you try to unlock connection is on the bottom of the list, then reconnect it to pc and repeat detect/unlock.

If you use same manufacturers device for internet then it means you'll need to use alternative connection method like wifi.

My computer is desktop with no wifi modem. I changed the router ip of internet modem (not locked modem) from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.2
Would it be OK?

If you have internet connection now when both of them are connected then yes.
