Taking credits but not unlocking

Hi,

I am trying to unlock a Huawei E5776s using the latest version of DC Unlocker.

When I try to unlock, I get an error message, Error 33, but the credits are deducted.

I have followed the procedure for moving the connection to the bottom of the list of options, and have downloaded an older version of DC unlocker to try, but now can't as I have had 7 credits deducted for unsuccessful attempts.

Can you please credit me.

Restart modem and dc-unlocker. The repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.

If this will not help, please copy all here what dc-unlocker software writes from dc-unlocker version, detected device information till error code.
