If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on dc-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

According to this error there is an unsupported process running on your pc that could not be active while using dc-unlocker services, please try to check your computer/ try to restart it as well or try to perform detection from another pc.
