      i have firmware file. I've updated my modem but now it is locked

        Well at the moment this ifrmware that you updated modem with is not yet supported by dc-unlocker, but if you have DC-Unlocker or Vygis dongle we could investigate for a solution to unlock it.

          ME TOO THE SAME PROBLEM I AM HAVING AND I ALREADY BOUGHT THE CREDIT,
          THANKS FOR SENDING ME THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND AGAIN THERE IS PROBLEM I AM FACING WHEN EVER I RUN THE DC-UNLOCKER IT DETECT MY MODEM AND AT END IT TELL ME THAT SORRY THIS MODEM IS NOT SUPPORTED AND I TRIED SEVERAL DC-UNLOCKER SOFTWARE IT KEEP TELLING ME THE SAME PROBLEM BELOW IS SAMPLE OF WHAT ITS TELLING ME.

            unfortunately but this firmware is not supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently there is no solution to this problem.

            If you want a refund let us know under what username you've purchased credit then we will check if refund is possible.
