Detect modem by dc-unlocker and copy here what is detected. Then we would be able to check more if you can unlock it by dc-unlocker. -

It can't find modem, tried with E177 and it's worked, but can't detect this modem I already do closed the modem application and run dc-unlocker as an administrator .. thanksComment

Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software

Hi, thanks for your replay, it's not about drivers or laptop, I tried another laptop and tried connect E173 and E177 and it's worked, I think the problem is that (E303B Zain Sudan) is'n supported by dc-unlocker because it's not listed in the supported models list..

This modem should be detected by software regardless it is supported or not. Please check steps that were provided by Vincentas, also check in device manager if it appears under modems and under ports lines. Let us know with your findings.Originally posted by abualsho0sh View PostComment

Hi, thanks for your replay. I uninstall the dc-unlocker latest version and install older version (45), and it detected the (E303b) modem and everything works ok, thanks for your help ^_^... regards.Comment
