Did you change the firmware?

If not, download ec156 modem firmware updater from support area of ours, update modem with non customized firmware, then unlock should work

Seems that you haven't updated your modem with one of our provided updaters. Please check here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/ec156-de...lock-procedure how its done to update modem to non customized firmware, so then you'll be able to unlock it.
