While trying to unlocg my huawei G300 I got the following error:

What should i do?

You should check the following?:
Make sure no other phone/modem is connected to pc at detect/unlock time
Try to connect phone to another usb port
Restart phone by removing its battery for 20 seconds, then place it back and repeat detect/unlock procedure.
