This error happens because firmware of the device is detected incorrectly. Please download previous release of dc-unlocker from here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads Download : dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1045 and redetect modem with it.

can u take a look of ur dashboard..go to option.chk dis pic
can u see Ras and Ndis option???

im using same firmware of megafon but its was little higher
21.260.05.00.209
your Firmware : 21.260.03.00.209

I can only check on version that installs from setup file not from the modem itself, latest version of it did not have this function.
