I need unlock Huawei B390s-2 is router 4G Vodafone B1000 Germany

Please try to detect router by dc-unlocker software, connect it to pc via lan cable. Make sure it is not connected to internet and its web panel/gui is closed. Then open dc-unlocker software downlaod it here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/AmL1Amb5 , select huawei manufacturer and then click magnifying glass button, see if it is detected.

Is router connected by lan cable?

I just did it and still not detected; I'm using a lan cable: if I go to brower 192.168.1.1 the router's main page is ok. I tried to do it on three computers with W7, XP prof and w2000 and the prlblem it's the same. I tried with another friend's router that it is unlocked anda the dc-unlocker can not find the router also. I see that the dc-unlockers only try to find on COM ports and the router is connected with a lan cable?? What can I do more?

Try to select unknown huawei router in model selection.
Also, be sure that you do not use that router which you try to detect for internet connection and there is not original sim inserted.

No, yo0u do not need credits for detect.
Sorry, if router can not be detected by dc-unlocker we can not work on it further.
