Have purchased credits and detected modem OK but Code 21 error arises on unlock attempt.

Please help.

Are there more modems/routers or phones connected to pc at detect/unlock time? They might cause this error for you, you should also try to restart pc and check unlocking again. Router could have been unlocked even if you get this error, please check it.
