Huawei 8180 not found.

Hi, i installed on Huawei 8180 (http://moscow.shop.megafon.ru/mobile...912_54928.html) Cyanogenmod 7.2, then i try to unlock him.
I installed all drivers, i saw in device list on my computer this device "USB Modem Phone ABD port", and my phone hang up on bootload.
And i don't may found this device in DC Unlocker .
what am I doing wrong?
